Base Salary
$224k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered decision systems and internal tools for the compute production flow.
- Own tools from conception through production and iterate directly with end users.
- Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure, including AGENTS.md, SKILLS.md, and organizational skills.
- Build custom integrations between LLMs and Slack, GitHub, internal APIs, and operational data.
- Track emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to apply them.
- Drive adoption by translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience producing production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
- Ability to work in arbitrary programming languages, primarily using AI coding tools.
- Strong full-stack development experience building web applications with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building applications with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight model APIs.
- Experience creating and using MCP servers and agentic frameworks.
- Daily demonstrable use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor, with concrete examples of tools and skills built.
- Ability to work autonomously, identify problems, design solutions, and deliver high-impact results with minimal direction.
- Strong product and systems judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work at a demanding pace.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive adoption.
- Exposure to compute infrastructure, hardware production, or operations tooling is preferred.
