Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification and demonstrations.
- Lead the technical and product sale, recommending best-practice solutions to customers.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding customer technical pains.
- Build and present engaging product demonstrations to showcase Twilio’s capabilities.
- Identify and solve problems for customers and within the organization.
- Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 4+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 5+ years supporting technical products with customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence.
- Ability to build a deep understanding of customer communications needs.
- Previous software development experience or working knowledge in backend or web development.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent Hebrew speaker.
