Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification and demonstrations.
  • Lead the technical and product sale, recommending best-practice solutions to customers.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding customer technical pains.
  • Build and present engaging product demonstrations to showcase Twilio’s capabilities.
  • Identify and solve problems for customers and within the organization.
  • Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 5+ years supporting technical products with customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence.
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of customer communications needs.
  • Previous software development experience or working knowledge in backend or web development.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent Hebrew speaker.
