Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents in 2nd-level support.
  • Collaborate with international SRE and engineering teams on root-cause resolution and cloud-service optimization.
  • Represent customer requirements to product and operations teams.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of cloud architectures, IT security, and infrastructure automation.
  • Participate in a collaborative 24/7 support model, cross-functional projects, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in technical support or relevant IT projects from studies, vocational training, or private initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in a dynamic cloud and IT environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking technologies.
  • Initial experience with Shell or Python scripting and database queries.
  • Interest in monitoring tools, IT security, and public-cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices and DevSecOps methods, including Terraform and Ansible, is advantageous.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
