Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end software solutions spanning React.js front ends and Java Spring Boot microservices.
- Architect RESTful APIs and expose backend functionality as MCP services for consumption by AI agents.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments using OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, cloud storage, and enterprise databases.
- Develop scalable, low-latency, high-throughput APIs and reusable, maintainable application components.
- Monitor and control application development phases, including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, users, and technology groups to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze complex application and business-process problems, recommend programming solutions, and evaluate emerging technologies including AI.
- Assess and manage technology, security, compliance, operational, and business risks in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to new or lower-level analysts and serve as a subject-matter expert to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of professional full-stack software development experience delivering complex, large-scale enterprise applications.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience designing microservice-based applications.
- Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript for sophisticated user interfaces.
- Deep proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade microservices, including Core Java, J2EE, collections, and multithreading.
- Experience developing low-latency, scalable, high-throughput APIs using Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with API integration, third-party libraries, security, distributed multi-tier applications, reusable services, systems analysis, and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
- Strong interest or prior experience in generative AI, large language models, and agent-based systems is highly desirable.
