Lead and drive architecture design of Financial Technology systems for scale, future extensibility, and reliability.
Envision and drive alignment with stakeholders on the technology roadmap.
Navigate and alleviate technical obstacles at the organizational level.
Decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions.
Champion collaboration and influence with tech leaders across organizations.
Identify opportunities in business and technology.
Review and adopt new technologies to achieve business objectives.
Recruit and develop world-class engineering talent.

10+ years of experience in software development at technology companies.
Solid track record of delivering large and complex systems with significant business impact.
Experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems.
Strong familiarity with Java and the Spring Framework.
Service development experience in an AWS environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with ORM such as JPA and Hibernate.
Experience in automating build/test/deploy processes.
Agile experience.
