Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI agents for telecom operations, troubleshooting, analytics, and automation.
- Build backend APIs and web interfaces that make AI workflows accessible to users.
- Prototype agents, connectors, and knowledge sources using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Explore AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry for cloud AI solutions.
- Containerize and deploy services using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native practices.
- Support automated testing, code reviews, observability, scalability, and responsible AI.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, data scientists, and global stakeholders in an Agile team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Full-stack development experience through projects, coursework, internships, or research, including APIs, web applications, databases, and version control.
- Strong interest in AI, LLMs, agentic systems, cloud development, and telecom data analytics.
- Collaborative, self-motivated approach and willingness to learn.
- Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, React, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, or relational, NoSQL, graph, or vector databases is beneficial.
- A portfolio, Git repository, research project, hackathon contribution, or similar work is advantageous.
