Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and lead implementation of technical solutions aligned with global roadmaps and business requirements.
- Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand and validate customer needs.
- Define system requirements based on user needs, cost, and integration with existing applications, systems, and platforms.
- Define technical standards and functionality tests.
- Provide specifications, prototypes, and technical documentation.
- Analyze and validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and performance.
- Translate AI capabilities into actionable value for development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical or business field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- Expert knowledge of information technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions and translate user needs into technical specifications.
- Solid programming experience with languages such as .NET, Python, C#, and Java.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot or comparable technologies.
- Working knowledge of machine learning principles; data science expertise is not required.
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Salary range of $99,000-$134,000, with potential annual incentives and performance bonuses.
