Base Salary
$109k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, validate, release, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing test software for RF production hardware.
- Create and maintain manufacturing acceptance testing and environmental screening procedures, test equipment drawings, fixtures, and stations.
- Support acceptance testing of Shop Replaceable Units and payload-level Line Replaceable Units for Electronic Warfare systems.
- Collaborate with design, test hardware, quality assurance, manufacturing, production, project management, and mission assurance teams.
- Investigate new and modified testing requirements and implement software and test-station solutions.
- Review quality metrics and implement improvements that reduce cost, cycle time, and defects.
- Participate in testability reviews and communicate with leadership, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master of Science in an equivalent field with at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience with C#, C, Java, or LabWindows CVI programming.
- Experience completing software design, development, integration, or validation projects on schedule and on budget.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, or firmware issues.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Preferred experience with Python, MATLAB, Cadence schematic generation, test equipment or prime hardware troubleshooting, RF electronic systems, test instruments, electrical schematics, and GitHub.
- An active Department of Defense security clearance is preferred.
