Base Salary
$80k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support customer identity and authentication solutions using Transmit Security and Mosaic.
- Build and maintain customer identity journeys, registration flows, login flows, MFA enrollment, and account recovery processes.
- Integrate Transmit Security APIs and SDKs into web and mobile banking applications.
- Configure identity orchestration workflows and adaptive authentication policies, including passkey and passwordless authentication.
- Collaborate with fraud, risk, cybersecurity, digital banking, and application development teams.
- Troubleshoot authentication issues, integration defects, and production incidents.
- Participate in architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and banking standards.
- Create technical documentation, support procedures, and implementation standards.
- Assist with vendor engagement and platform upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software engineering, IAM, CIAM, or authentication experience.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing customer authentication platforms.
- Experience with Transmit Security, Mosaic Platform, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, enterprise development platforms, IAM, CIAM, MFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, passkeys, API security, token management, encryption, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, .NET, or similar enterprise development platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Agile development and DevSecOps practices.
- Preferred experience in banking or financial services, customer authentication and fraud prevention, customer onboarding/KYC integrations, identity orchestration platforms, and Okta.
- Prior experience serving as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead is preferred.
- Security, IAM, or cloud certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
