Base Salary

$115k - $179k/yr

Responsibilities

Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including Salesforce and Outreach.
Work on requirements and document technical specifications and test cases.
Suggest and architect administrative solutions for scalability and best practices.
Support existing GTM tools and drive increased adoption across the team.
Manage reports and dashboards for strategic initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Quote-to-Cash products.
Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
Support end-users of the Salesforce platform and integrated tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide system updates.
Monitor system health and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain and improve data cleanliness.
Build and maintain the architecture of GTM technologies.

Experience using APEX, LWC, flow, validation rules, and bulk data load utilities in Salesforce.
Hands-on programming experience with Salesforce platform, requiring LWC and Apex.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security and its impact on visibility and editing.
Ability to manage, troubleshoot, and integrate tools into Salesforce.
Strong project management skills and cross-functional communication abilities.
Interest in learning how to administer new tools.
