Responsibilities

  • Design and develop system architecture and tailored technical solutions for Category Management projects.
  • Estimate development effort, assess integration complexity, and resolve complex technical issues with minimal guidance.
  • Lead upgrade and development projects while owning quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams and communicate solution architecture and database interactions.
  • Provide technical support through design reviews, software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system testing.
  • Optimize application components through performance tuning for specific databases and system configurations.
  • Design reusable marketplace items, libraries, DLLs, and SaaS microservice-based components.
  • Guide customers during implementation on product performance, support, and maintenance.
  • Develop practice aids and best-practice collateral and provide knowledge transfer on new technologies.
  • Use AI workflows and agents in day-to-day development and build tools using AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of software development experience.
  • 3–5 years of Category Management experience, with BY Category Management required.
  • 5–7 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
  • At least 1 year of AI usage experience.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and database administration.
  • Development experience and SQL knowledge, with strong understanding of technical platforms, infrastructures, and database structures.
  • Experience with upgrade projects and understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Working knowledge of AI workflows, agents, and building AI-enabled tools.
  • Strong independent problem-solving, collaboration, estimation, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Oracle experience is preferred.
