Responsibilities
- Support integration projects with external game providers and casino operators under senior engineer guidance.
- Participate in technical workshops and integration calls with customers.
- Assist with analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of integrated software systems.
- Contribute to second-level technical support for integration issues.
- Document integration steps, findings, and outcomes in ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with team members across time zones to maintain delivery continuity.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and spoken English for communication with international colleagues and customers.
- Basic understanding of HTTP and REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn on the job and work as part of a distributed team.
- Ability to manage tasks independently after training.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to systems integration or web application development, familiarity with Linux/Unix command-line environments, version control systems such as Git, and API testing tools such as Postman.
