Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a scalable validation framework and service to proactively detect and prevent product catalog data quality issues.
- Build deterministic and probabilistic validation algorithms that integrate with AI/ML models.
- Create low-latency validation solutions for textual, numeric, and image-based product attributes.
- Develop an insights framework using service logs and metrics to expand and refine validation guardrails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product data validation and actionable seller feedback.
- Develop mechanisms for catalog attribute inheritance, global product data consistency, image comparison, product identification, and seller issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of distributed systems experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, or experience managing and troubleshooting networks.
