Base Salary
$166k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible UI/UX.
- Architect, design, and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with product managers, designers, and engineers while mentoring junior developers.
- Contribute technical feasibility and user-experience insights to product strategy.
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented code and ensure reliability through rigorous testing.
- Monitor and optimize frontend and backend performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and a passion for user experience and design.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJs, or Ember.
- 5+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Java, Python, Scala, or Go.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to work toward a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables and focus on customer value.
