Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing MEAN or MERN stack applications.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
- Design, develop, and optimize Postgres databases while ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and frontend developers to deliver solutions.
- Document application changes, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
- Stay current with relevant emerging technologies and development best practices.
Requirements
- More than five years of proven experience with the MEAN or MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Experience with Postgres database design, development, and optimization.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced level of English is required.
- Experience with Docker is preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
