Responsibilities

Design and build core platform functionality on Salesforce.
Collaborate with other teams to leverage Salesforce effectively.
Analyze business requirements for reporting and translate them into technical data designs.
Develop technical specification documentation for all processes.
Guide the business in process development and enhancement.

8+ years of experience with Salesforce in a high-growth environment.
Experience in Salesforce administration and applications like financial force and learning management systems.
Knowledge of security and governance including profiles, permission sets, and data visibility.
Experience with the Life Cycle of Development, including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce development skills including Triggers, Configuration, SOQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with application development like ReactJS and JQuery is a plus.
