Responsibilities
- Support managers and staff with assigned departmental tasks and projects.
- Assist with quality engineering, operational, administrative, reporting, and clerical functions.
- Build an understanding of the businesses and customers supported by the role.
- Answer and direct incoming internal and external calls as needed.
- Support or partner with multiple business functions, areas, and departments.
- Participate in assigned projects and tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college program and pursuing Computer Science or a related field.
- Some exposure to Java, JavaScript, Jira, open-source tools, and databases preferred.
- Interest in AI and Machine Learning preferred.
- Graduation in December 2027 or May 2028 preferred.
- A 3.2 GPA or higher preferred.
- Excellent computer, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
