Base Salary
$192k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take ultimate technical ownership of Zocdoc’s expansion into new offerings.
- Build scalable solutions for Zocdoc’s largest customers.
- Analyze complex product challenges to drive design decisions.
- Ship production code using C#, React, and AWS technologies.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers in an agile environment.
- Mentor peers and provide thoughtful feedback to foster growth.
- Continuously improve engineering processes and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented fundamentals.
- Experience in architecting and shipping complex user-facing products.
- Demonstrated system design and architectural leadership skills.
- Ability to improve developer productivity through best practices.
- Outstanding communication skills for technical discussions.
- Experience working with a distributed workforce is preferred.
