Responsibilities

Own and build solutions to high-impact, complex problems.

10+ years of engineering experience with a track record of high-impact product design.
Proven experience as a technical lead with defined roadmaps and complex project delivery.
User-first mindset with a focus on product experience.
Self-directed and able to operate autonomously across teams.
Strong communication skills to convey complex topics clearly.
Effective collaboration skills to drive next steps in ambiguous situations.
Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and a curiosity to learn deeply.
Experience mentoring senior engineers.
