Responsibilities
- Build and operate scalable backend systems for the AdTech and Promotions team.
- Own complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition and planning through on-time delivery.
- Lead stakeholder alignment and maintain strong working relationships across team boundaries.
- Gather, process, and act on feedback while keeping multiple parties aligned around shared goals.
- Use AI-assisted engineering workflows, including Codex, Claude, and agent-based development approaches.
Requirements
- Backend engineering experience and strong backend development skills.
- Strong preference for Golang experience.
- Proven ability to own complex, cross-team projects in ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, and delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and alignment-building skills.
- Extensive experience with AI-assisted development, including Codex, Claude, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB, or similar technologies is a plus.
