Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents using prompts, instructions, conversation structures, and operating logic.
- Translate business needs, processes, rules, and user requirements into functional agent solutions.
- Test agent behavior, evaluate generated responses, analyze errors, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with business experts, process owners, IT specialists, and other AI professionals on development and implementation.
- Support the controlled deployment and continuous improvement of AI solutions in daily business operations.
Requirements
- Practical experience using generative-AI services or language models and interest in building AI agents.
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to evaluate the quality of AI-generated responses.
- Interest in understanding business processes and developing digital services.
- Relevant higher-education degree, for example in information processing, information technology, business, language technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work in Finnish and English in an international environment.
- Initiative, willingness to learn, experimentation mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI agents, chatbots, language-model solutions, prompt design, response evaluation, test cases, business requirements, agile development, Azure or cloud technologies, programming or scripting, APIs, data structures, security, or privacy is beneficial.
