Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to key customer stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Verkada products.
- Analyze customer requirements to design system solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify customer opportunities.
- Design Verkada solutions including network security and physical security deployments.
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Overcome technical objections to secure wins for Verkada.
- Develop territory strategy in partnership with Account Executives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide thought leadership.
- Train partners and customers on Verkada products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product and Support.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Travel as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and account management skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in Cloud Security and IoT technologies.
- Experience with APIs and coding languages preferred.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems preferred.
- Industry certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional ASEAN language preferred.
