Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, engineering, and strategic direction of the enterprise workforce identity platform.
- Design and implement scalable identity, authentication, and access management solutions.
- Serve as the senior technical expert for identity platform design, integration, and modernization.
- Drive engineering standards, best practices, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment capabilities.
- Lead enterprise-wide identity programs from solution design through implementation and operational transition.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
- Establish platform roadmaps, architectural patterns, and long-term strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and approaches to improve platform capabilities and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, identity engineering, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience designing, engineering, and operating enterprise-scale workforce identity platforms.
- Experience leading large-scale identity transformation, modernization, or platform engineering initiatives.
- Experience serving as both a solution architect and hands-on engineer in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with identity architectures, authentication frameworks, lifecycle processes, and access management solutions.
- Deep expertise in automation, infrastructure-as-code practices, and platform engineering principles.
- Experience influencing technical direction and driving outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
