Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and decision authority across casino and gaming systems while coordinating Manila resources.
- Own platform architecture, integration patterns, deployment standards, upgrade strategy, modernization, and fleet alignment.
- Lead internally built gaming capabilities, including arcade readers and table progressives, and evaluate build-versus-buy decisions.
- Drive new gaming products such as Sports Betting, iGaming, eWallet, and social gaming while reducing vendor dependence.
- Deliver real-time integrations for rewards, offers, and player-tracking data across systems.
- Own security remediation, certifications, stability, availability, performance, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
- Partner with Casino Operations, Commercial, Compliance, vendors, and cross-functional teams as the Newbuild and Dry Dock gaming point of contact.
- Develop people, manage contractor talent, standardize and automate processes, and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of platform or systems engineering experience, including team leadership.
- Experience owning deployment standards and managing contractor talent.
- Hands-on expertise in configuration, deployment, environment setup, and integration.
- Ability to create scalable frameworks, establish standards, manage multiple priorities, and scale teams.
- Ability to apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Comfort working across complex, ambiguous, multi-product environments and simultaneous priorities.
