Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues related to web tools, ModelBuilder models, and Python scripts in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Become an expert in geoprocessing services and ArcGIS Enterprise technology.
- Coordinate and communicate requirements from multiple sources to the team.
- Collaborate with teammates to build user-friendly and high-performance software.
- Design, write, and maintain automated test cases in Python and C#.
- Analyze testing results and report pass/fail status in a timely manner.
- Write clear help documentation for users to understand software capabilities.
- Create supplemental materials like blogs, tutorials, and videos to educate users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Demonstrated experience in ArcGIS, REST, Git, SQL Server, Oracle, AWS, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, and programming languages like Python, Javascript, or HTML.
