Base Salary
$170k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own substantial areas of the product and drive roadmaps tied to specific outcomes.
- Lead zero-to-one product development from concept through production in collaboration with go-to-market and operations teams.
- Build full-stack features and products, including front-end, back-end, system design, debugging, and testing.
- Participate in client engagements to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, systems, codebase scalability, and team productivity.
- Automate insurance coverage, affordability, fulfillment, and other complex branching workflows.
- Build AI/ML capabilities for document classification, unstructured data extraction, question answering, predictive modeling, and simulation.
- Develop RPA and scraping solutions for multi-step processes across third-party platforms.
- Build state-machine-driven systems, robust data and ML pipelines, and consumer-grade AI-powered workflows.
- Translate heterogeneous data into insights for clinical indications, launch markets, insurer negotiations, drug adoption, and clinical trial performance.
- Use real-time data and engagement channels to enroll patients and physicians in clinical studies and access programs.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge.
- Relevant engineering experience at fast-growing, product-driven companies.
- Proficiency across full-stack web development technologies, including Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and external relationships.
- A track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and delivering against ambitious goals.
