Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-impact, customer-facing solutions.
Design, build, and maintain robust full-stack features for intuitive user experiences.
Develop and operate scalable backend services and data pipelines on AWS.
Apply AI-driven solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Promote best practices to enhance code quality and team efficiency.
Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and growth.
Enhance developer experience by optimizing CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve architecture and performance.
Participate in an Agile/Scrum-based product development process.

6+ years of experience in developing web applications and backend services.
Strong full-stack engineering experience with scalable systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
Experience with AWS cloud architectures and operations.
Hands-on experience with tools like Kubernetes, Kafka, and CircleCI.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Experience with monitoring systems and reliability practices.
Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s is a plus.
