Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain performant, scalable applications on the C3 Agentic AI Platform.
- Build tools that help users understand and analyze large-scale data.
- Debug, troubleshoot, modify, and unit-test customer applications and solutions.
- Assess technical risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
- Develop specifications, technical documentation, and user support guides.
- Support technical demonstrations, proofs-of-technology, and customer training with senior engineers.
- Work directly with U.S. federal customers through demonstrations, trials, and production application engagements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance are required; an active clearance is preferred.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with data structures, algorithms, cloud computing, relational or NoSQL databases, and profiling and optimization.
- Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, prompt engineering, or LLM tool calling and function execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with teams, and travel as needed.
- Preferred qualifications include federal or DoD experience, an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or greater clearance, JavaScript framework experience, Git or version control experience, application deployment experience, and familiarity with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
