Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy self-healing infrastructure, auto-remediation routines, diagnostic runners, and event-driven automation.
Design and maintain RAG knowledge tools, vector databases, LLM utilities, conversational AI agents, webhooks, and self-service support bots.
Build telemetry ingestion, log scraping, context-enrichment, predictive alerting, and AI-driven monitoring workflows across cloud environments.
Own operational dashboards tracking MTTR, uptime, defect density, ticket deflection, SLA compliance, and CSAT.
Transform manual support interventions into automated or autonomous workflows and standardize logging, stack traces, and metadata taxonomy.
Mentor L1/L2 support engineers and provide technical leadership across product, platform, AI research, and support teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Systems Operations, focused on cloud infrastructure automation and AI/ML operational tooling.
At least 3 years architecting and operating within AWS or GCP, including native AI/ML compute platforms.
Advanced experience with infrastructure-as-code, containerization, orchestration, observability, cloud telemetry, and automation scripting.
Strong engineering capability in Python, Go, or Shell and experience building cloud functions, self-healing scripts, and Jira or ServiceNow integrations.
Production experience deploying RAG architectures, conversational AI, auto-remediation bots, or internal AI search tools.
French proficiency, ITIL v5, CASM, PMP, AWS, Azure, or cloud/AI certifications are advantageous.
