Responsibilities
- Own the full development lifecycle from ideation and architecture through implementation and production delivery.
- Build complete frontend, backend, and infrastructure solutions, including containerization and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, propose solutions, and create concrete implementation plans.
- Design and build microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Review code, define development standards, and maintain high engineering quality.
- Mentor junior developers and continuously improve the team and platform.
- Design and build AI agents and AI-driven automation for engineering processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django or FastAPI, and React.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping Docker-based containerized applications to production.
- Experience with Git and GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing and building microservices and event-driven architecture.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level for daily use.
- Preferred experience deploying applications to AWS, including ECS, ALB, and S3.
- Preferred experience with NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Plotly, Strands Agents, Google ADK, LangChain, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Terraform, Abaqus, Ansys, or AMESim.
- Previous Tech Lead or Architect experience and an engineering background are preferred.
