Responsibilities
- Define measurable business outcomes and own AI solutions from development through implementation and organizational adoption.
- Design, prototype, and develop AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agents.
- Translate business and domain challenges into practical AI solutions and engage senior stakeholders through workshops and client dialogue.
- Develop production-ready solutions while considering AI governance, data, security, regulations, guardrails, and existing IT environments.
- Collaborate with technology partners and select suitable AI, data, and cloud platforms for client needs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting, data, AI, or cloud engineering.
- Expertise in at least one sector or business function such as supply chain, finance, or risk.
- Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders and translating complex technology challenges into business impact.
- Hands-on experience developing AI solutions with Python, LLM applications, RAG, agents, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Experience developing production-ready solutions and understanding model and agent architectures and platforms such as OpenAI, Google, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive and entrepreneurial approach, and strong English; Dutch is preferred.
