Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement AI solutions within real business processes.
- Develop hands-on prototypes using LLMs, RAG, and agents and advance them toward production.
- Own business outcomes from solution development through organizational adoption.
- Translate client needs into feasible solutions in collaboration with technology partners.
- Account for data, security, regulations, and existing IT environments when designing solutions.
- Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business impact.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in consultancy, data, AI, or cloud engineering.
- Experience in at least one domain or sector, such as supply chain, finance, or risk.
- Experience developing production-ready solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications, including RAG, agents, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Knowledge of Python, modern development practices, and model and agent architectures.
- Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Google, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Fluency in English and preferably Dutch.
