Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI connectors from scratch to enhance search capabilities.
- Build semantic search infrastructure using vector embeddings.
- Transform natural language queries into intelligent search requests.
- Implement ranking systems to deliver relevant search results.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners on product strategy.
- Contribute to the performance and reliability of Notion's products.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience in building user interfaces and collaborating with product and design teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency in technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
