Base Salary
$112k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, operate, and integrate identity, token, directory, federation, and SSO services.
- Implement and troubleshoot OAuth/OIDC, SAML, LDAP, authentication, authorization, token, and federation flows.
- Design and maintain RBAC and ABAC models for users, administrators, privileged users, services, and tenants.
- Integrate identity and authorization services with GitLab, Kubernetes, mission applications, ServiceNow, and federated AWS access.
- Develop workload and service-identity patterns for pipelines, APIs, automation, and platform services.
- Automate user, group, role, entitlement, and identity lifecycle activities.
- Support privileged-access workflows, elevated-role approvals, access reviews, recertification, and separation-of-duties requirements.
- Maintain identity-service monitoring, documentation, recovery procedures, and operational support processes.
- Collaborate across cloud, Kubernetes, platform, application, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to support secure identity patterns.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
- Approximately 6–8 years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, directory services, security engineering, platform engineering, or a related discipline.
- A BS/BA with 6 years of experience is required; an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience with identity federation, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, RBAC, and enterprise identity systems.
- Experience integrating identity and access services with cloud, applications, or Kubernetes environments.
- Experience troubleshooting complex authentication, authorization, token, and federation issues.
- Working knowledge of privileged-access management and identity lifecycle controls.
- Strong scripting and automation skills, along with analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities.
- Desired qualifications include Keycloak, AWS IAM and federated-role integration, Kubernetes RBAC, GitLab identity integration, ServiceNow identity or workflow integration, Zero Trust architectures, classified or multi-domain identity environments, and automated identity lifecycle and entitlement management.
