Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale Ads Manager for campaign management.
- Develop advertiser-facing APIs and tools for campaign creation and optimization.
- Build conversion APIs and measurement tooling for campaign performance insights.
- Create self-serve workflows for small and mid-sized advertisers.
- Build enterprise-grade integrations for large advertisers and ad-tech platforms.
- Architect distributed systems with reliability and performance guarantees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate advertiser needs into technical solutions.
- Drive product development through rapid prototyping and iterative deployment.
- Contribute to technical strategy and shape the roadmap for the advertiser platform.
- Maintain high engineering standards through testing and documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building high-scale consumer or enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of architecting complex distributed systems and APIs.
- Experience with Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React.
- Ability to build intuitive UI workflows and robust backend systems.
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate user needs into scalable solutions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous product spaces and contributing to roadmaps.
- Thrives in 0→1 environments where systems and user experiences are defined from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills and holistic decision-making abilities.
- Motivated by building privacy-preserving and user-first monetization systems.
- Bonus: Experience with ads managers, campaign management systems, or enterprise ad-tech integrations.
