Base Salary

$135k - $171k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, architecture, and delivery of advanced software solutions using C#, .NET, and React across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Architect and implement microservices, APIs, cloud-native applications, and scalable distributed systems.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to architectural direction.
  • Design, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments across hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Support application migration from on-premises infrastructure to cloud and hybrid architectures.
  • Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, product, and business teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex performance, security, scalability, and availability issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Ensure business applications meet regulatory and internal security requirements, including SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO, GDPR, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Develop audit, risk assessment, disaster recovery, test documentation, traceability, and automated defect tracking processes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of proven software engineering experience with C# and .NET is required.
  • Strong experience with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments is required.
  • Advanced experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes is required.
  • Experience with development tools such as Jira and Git is required.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and delivering enterprise-level software in hybrid and cloud environments is preferred.
  • Preferred front-end experience includes React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, cloud-native architecture, hybrid cloud strategies, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns is desired.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server and MongoDB is desired.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible is desired.
  • Cloud-platform or relevant technology certifications are preferred.
