Base Salary
$186k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical development for motion planning and trajectory optimization systems.
- Define and maintain architectural vision across teams to ensure software scalability and reliability.
- Mentor and coach engineers while promoting engineering best practices.
- Design and develop motion planning algorithms for autonomous trucks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and reliable driving behaviors.
- Develop and execute validation strategies in various testing environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field with significant industry experience.
- Proven experience as a technical leader in complex engineering organizations.
- Deep expertise in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or real-time software systems.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ development within Linux environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze system performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
