Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead execution of large-scale AI efforts or multiple smaller efforts and serve as a development lead for medium and large AI projects.
- Design, build, and iterate on Generative AI and Agentic AI application prototypes.
- Implement, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for business problems.
- Develop clean, efficient, scalable, and production-quality code for AI/ML systems.
- Engineer and manage data preprocessing and handling pipelines for training and inference.
- Deploy and operate AI applications in containerized environments such as OpenShift and Kubernetes using MLOps practices.
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies and lead proof-of-concept projects to integrate new tools.
- Build production-ready Python and FastAPI services, including asynchronous programming patterns.
- Develop RAG solutions using advanced retrieval techniques, vector databases, and PostgreSQL with pgvector.
- Optimize Generative AI applications for cost, latency, and performance and implement monitoring and logging.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Practical experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures such as Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, large language models, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience handling and preprocessing large, complex datasets, including cleaning, feature engineering, and validation.
- Experience or strong familiarity with MLOps, Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Gemini, OpenAI GPT models, Copilot, Claude, Llama, and local models.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Datasets, Tokenizers, LangGraph, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow for model development and fine-tuning.
- Experience with Pinecone, Chroma, PostgreSQL, and pgvector for retrieval and vector data workloads.
- Advanced prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and Generative AI application optimization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent execution skills.
