Base Salary
$121k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and support secure software development lifecycle operations embedded in software development pipelines.
- Provide technical security guidance to developers, team leads, and producers.
- Drive remediation efforts for internally and publicly identified vulnerabilities.
- Implement and tune application security analysis and detection tools.
- Establish security controls, monitoring, and observability for CI/CD pipelines, build outputs, and containerized environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a professional, academic, or research environment identifying and remediating security bugs or flaws with automated pipelines.
- Knowledge of common web security vulnerabilities such as the OWASP Top 10, client-side security, attack techniques, and remediation strategies.
- Experience implementing and tuning SAST, SCA, IaC, and secrets detection tools, including custom rule engines with CodeQL and Semgrep.
- Expertise deploying security controls within TeamCity or GitHub Actions and container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes.
- Experience establishing monitoring and observability for build pipelines and their outputs.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in C# and Python.
- Preferred experience includes LangChain or LangGraph security agents, Terraform or Pulumi, OPA Policy as Code engines, C++ and associated compilers, and cloud-native CI/CD controls.
