Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Design and execute performance and load-testing scenarios using Apache JMeter.
- Define and manage testing metrics, test execution, defect resolution, and quality processes.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to improve application performance.
- Integrate test automation frameworks with continuous integration pipelines.
- Make team decisions, provide solutions across multiple teams, and drive testing-process improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Apache JMeter is required.
- Proficiency in Apache JMeter is required.
- Experience designing and executing performance and load tests with Apache JMeter.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration pipeline integration.
- Ability to analyze test results and improve application performance.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for extending testing capabilities.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
