Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and modernize enterprise cloud applications across Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments using .NET, C#, MVC, Blazor, Java, Struts 2, and Spring.
- Perform code analysis, refactoring, and modernization while improving maintainability, test coverage, performance, and security posture with AI-assisted tools.
- Apply responsible AI-assisted development practices across the software delivery lifecycle and document workflows, guardrails, and best practices.
- Design schemas, manage production schema changes, orchestrate data migrations, and maintain data integrity, minimal downtime, and auditability.
- Work with Azure and on-premises data platforms, including PaaS SQL databases and Azure Storage services such as Blob, Queue, and Table storage.
- Design and maintain DevOps and cloud automation, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and certificate and secret lifecycle management.
- Support business-critical production systems, troubleshoot cloud-to-on-premises application patterns, and participate in on-call or escalation rotations as required.
- Collaborate with distributed development teams, enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including functions, APIs, messaging, and data services.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C#, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience building or supporting distributed, cloud-based applications.
- Experience with event-driven architectures is beneficial.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration or MLOps concepts is beneficial.
- Manufacturing or industrial systems experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in Agile and DevOps environments and collaborate across distributed engineering teams.
