Responsibilities

Partner with UX, Product Management, and Data Science teams to create software that customers love.
Develop clean, reusable, and well-tested RESTful APIs and web services.
Optimize and enhance large-scale data services using technologies like MongoDB and Postgres.
Integrate Highspot with external APIs and third-party systems.
Collaborate with Data Science to integrate machine learning models into applications.
Build scalable methodologies and maintain excellent technical documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance.

6-10 years of experience in building distributed systems and high-quality features.
Proficiency in building and supporting APIs and web services.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
An entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with modern open source technologies and tools.
Experience in developing scalable internet software and applications.
Hands-on experience in Ruby is a plus.
Experience in full-stack or frontend development for modern web applications is a plus.
B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
