Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify performance metrics for system components.
- Build infrastructure for logging and aggregating metrics.
- Scale observability solutions to support millions of instances.
- Develop processes and training for debugging performance issues.
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of production-level experience in Java, Scala, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience in software development for large-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with metrics collection and observability tools.
- Ability to build relationships with developers and field engineers.
