Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for .NET, C#, Oracle, and broader enterprise applications.
- Build and extend scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress with C# or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Validate RESTful and SOAP web services, third-party integrations, and end-to-end data flows using Postman or SoapUI.
- Identify, isolate, record, and track software defects in Jira or Azure DevOps/TFS and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend data validation, data-integrity checks, and migration-workflow verification.
- Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines for continuous testing.
Requirements
- Strong background testing .NET applications, including C#/.NET desktop and web applications.
- Experience with manual and automated testing across web applications, APIs, databases, third-party integrations, and legacy enterprise software.
- Ability to develop test automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress with C# or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience testing RESTful and SOAP web services with tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries for backend validation and data-integrity testing.
- Experience with defect-management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps/TFS and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines.
