Responsibilities
- Participate in developing core Global Payment web capabilities across payment, wallet, financial-product, and front-end architecture scenarios.
- Design and build reliable web checkout and transaction front ends for TikTok Pay, BNPL, insurance, and consumer credit products.
- Contribute to front-end architecture governance, componentization, micro-frontends, performance optimization, and engineering-system improvements.
- Participate in AI applications for front-end development, including code generation, workflow automation, and AI Native or Agentic Commerce capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business understanding, technical solution design, and module delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, familiarity with React, and the ability to complete front-end feature development under guidance.
- Good coding habits, strong learning ability, and the ability to write clear, stable, and maintainable code under guidance.
- Strong problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and willingness to understand business logic and technical details.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred familiarity with Redux, Webpack, Vite, Babel, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and HTTP protocols.
- Preferred interest or practical experience in AI-native development, including AI coding, code understanding, automated test generation, knowledge base construction, or R&D workflow automation.
- Relevant front-end experience through internships, course projects, competitions, or open-source projects is preferred.
- Candidates passionate about fintech and payment products or experienced with large-scale internet products, e-commerce, payments, finance, or risk control are preferred.
