Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications.
- Develop and enhance scalable front-end and back-end software components.
- Integrate AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, RAG-based retrieval, and conversational APIs.
- Use LLM-based copilots for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Collaborate with traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development.
- Practical understanding of RAG, LLM limitations, and AI-assisted productivity.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, or other listed backend technologies such as .NET, C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud platforms, containerization, and cloud-native development.
