Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own core areas of backend systems and enhance functionality for improved throughput and latency.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable transaction processing services for high-throughput financial transactions.
- Address user friction challenges related to card transaction declines.
- Drive improvements in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and monitoring systems.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Experience shipping products with thousands of real users.
- 5+ years of professional coding experience.
- Drive and willingness to work hard in a highly ambitious team.
- Experience with credit card transaction processors is a plus.
- Experience in card issuing is a plus.
