Responsibilities
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and regression testing across new and existing software.
- Identify, document, investigate, and track software defects through resolution.
- Maintain test results and quality assurance metrics.
- Develop and execute automated tests with support from experienced colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and increase automation.
- Work with QA, Applications, and Product teams on system and release requirements.
- Support the investigation and resolution of software issues.
- Build technical knowledge of Content Guru products and quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- A keen interest in technology, software, and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Strong IT and computer literacy.
- A proactive approach to learning and developing technical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar database technology is advantageous.
- A relevant master’s degree is advantageous.
