Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting BJAK’s automation platform.
- Manage cloud environments across development, staging and production.
- Build and improve infrastructure-as-code for scalable and repeatable deployments.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for safe, fast and consistent releases.
- Improve system observability through monitoring, logging and alerting solutions.
- Ensure infrastructure security, including access control, secrets management and network configuration.
- Support high-availability systems for business-critical insurance workflows across regions.
- Work closely with engineers to improve deployment architecture and reduce operational risk.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling and operational tasks.
- Continuously improve system reliability, performance and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE or platform engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation or similar).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking, security and cloud architecture fundamentals.
- Ability to troubleshoot production infrastructure issues in a structured and calm manner.
- Experience supporting production systems with high availability requirements.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to reliability and operational excellence.
- Practical judgment on scalability, security, performance and cost trade-offs.
