Responsibilities
- Own the full technical implementation of Mercura’s software from customer kickoff through go-live.
- Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features across frontend, backend, and data pipelines.
- Configure and fine-tune Mercura’s AI for customer-specific domains and workflows.
- Structure messy customer data and build integrations with ERP systems and other customer systems.
- Create prototypes for new features or customer problems and evolve them into scalable solutions.
- Engage daily with customer users, technical stakeholders, and senior decision-makers to translate needs into engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Native fluency in German.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, and data pipelines using Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, and APIs.
- Experience or interest in connecting software to ERP systems, REST or GraphQL APIs, webhooks, or B2B SaaS implementations.
- Ability to understand messy, inconsistent real-world data and quickly build reliable structures around it.
- Practical experience with LLMs, agents, and prompt engineering, including adapting model behavior to specific domains and workflows.
- Strong customer orientation, ownership, communication, initiative, and comfort with ambiguity and legacy systems.
- Willingness to work in person in Munich with a higher intensity than a 9-to-5 job.
