Responsibilities
- Improve the scalability and reliability of core data systems.
- Define and evolve data modeling, storage, and querying processes.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize work.
- Ship quickly and validate ideas through experimentation.
- Mentor junior team members and set a collaborative engineering example.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational posture and execution quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience with robust distributed systems and scaling challenges.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on customer needs.
- Experience leading technical projects from concept to completion.
